AlpineSwiss will honour the price on your original order if the product is now listed at a higher price than what was paid. This courtesy is limited to the unit quantity on the original purchase.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days from when they receive the item(s) in their warehouse for your account to be refunded. All refunds are credited back to the same credit card used at time of purchase. AlpineSwiss will send you an email once they have completed the refund process.

If they find that your returned item(s) does not meet their Returns Policy Criteria, no refund will be issued. If you want the ineligible item(s) returned to you, you must cover return shipping costs.

If your items meet the return policy criteria, contact them at service@alpineswissusa.com with your order number and let us know that you would like to return the item. AlpineSwiss will send you an email with return instructions and provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
