Allbirds currently offers three shipping speeds within the contiguous United States. The first is their $5 standard shipping option which takes about 5-10 business days to arrive from the time you place your order. As a heads up, they automatically waive that fee for all orders over $50 and the carrier (FedEx or USPS) will be automatically selected based on the shipping address.
Additionally, Allbirds offers 2-business day expedited shipping starting at $12 and 1-business day expedited shipping starting at $20. The final price for both of these options will be given at checkout and is determined by order volume and final destination.
Please note Allbirds only ships and delivers on business days and that Only expedited orders placed before 12:30pm on a business day will ship that same day.
Return Policy
Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are on Allbirds, no questions asked within 30 days.
Couple of things regarding apparel: You still have 30 days to mull it over, but labels need to be intact. And for socks and undies, packaging must be unopened. Returns/exchanges can only be done in the country of purchase. And sales for Accessories and TrinoXO Face Masks are final.
Outlet Store Return Policy
Allbirds’s Full Price and Excess styles can be returned within 30 days, no questions asked. The same goes for Accessories that are unworn and in their original packaging. Returns can be made at the outlet locations only.
One note: Sales for Imperfect Styles (minus Tree Breezers) are final.

Allbirds insoles can be washed by hand, and shouldn't be washed in the machine. They find that hand-washing will help preserve the longevity of your Allbirds insoles.
If your Wool shoes are a bit snug to start, you can expect them to stretch about a quarter inch after a few weeks of wear. In contrast, your Tree shoes will likely retain their original shape. Either way, Allbirds recommends wearing them for 1-2 weeks to break in. Pro tip: trying them with socks can also help the shoes break in more easily!
