You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and in the condition you received it. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once they receive your item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. They will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and you will receive the credit as soon as your card issuerโs policies allow.
