If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on AcuRite.com, you can return your product(s) to us within 90 days for a refund in the amount of the purchase price (shipping excluded). They ask only that you return merchandise in its original condition and packaging. Products cannot be returned after 90 days from the date of the invoice or if they are not in the original condition. Please pack your return carefully! They cannot be held responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
Products that qualify for a refund will be refunded the amount of the original purchase price (shipping excluded). Refund processing takes up to 5 business days once any returned merchandise requested has been received by them.
