They ship all of their products through UPS Ground. Shipping is calculated at a flat rate of $8.00 per order. They offer free shipping to their clients on purchases over $100. Average shipping time is 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Their fulfilment centre operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4 pm will be processed the following business day.

They have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, a refund or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and your order number.
To request a return, visit their return centre. If your return is accepted, they’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to return your product.
Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
