Malla offers a wide range of lab tests, including their Foundational Health Test, which is our all-in-one, at-home lab test covering over 65 essential biomarkers, advanced gut and hormone tests (like GI-MAP and DUTCH), thyroid and environmental health panels, and so much more.

You will work with your dedicated practitioner to decide what testing, if any, is right for you, and they will order it on your behalf and spend the time to review the results with you over a video session.

You get up to one video session per month. Their recommendation? Approximately 8 video sessions per year, with the first 3 during your first couple of months, and the rest spread out over the course of the year. And don’t forget - you get unlimited messaging in-between those sessions for continuous support.
